Campsites – UK -If travelling in the UK there are many advantages of becoming a member of the caravan and camping club to take full advantage of all their sites in the UK. http://www.campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk Not only do they have good UK coverage but the staff are friendly and helpful. There are also many clubs you can join e.g. Brit Stops  http://www.britstops.com/ where you can stay overnight for free at smaller providers. Normally these ‘hosts’ only have space for one motorhome.

Campsites – Europe – Travelling in Europe is truly an experience to be enjoyed and savoured. There are several ways to get great value whilst in Europe. One is by  booking your ferry and campsites together. Having just recieved my copy of Brit Stops I am really excited to spread the concept of the Brit Stop.  The Scheme is simple – a variety of hosts ( vineyards,farms, farm shops, pubs etc..) offer an invitation to members of Brit Stops to stay overnight in a safe  for a maximum of 24 hours free of charge.
